These fantastic beach houses are located just blocks from Paradise Grille, 8th Ave Shops, the Hurricane and the Seahorse. All houses come with 2 beach cruiser bikes, an area for grilling and an outside seating area for relaxing under the palm trees, feeling the seabreeze, and enjoying the calm beach environment.

1Bedroom W/ Pull-out couch- Sleeps 4: Queen bed house & pull out with full kitchen including refridgerator, microwave, stove, and blender. Living area contains pull out queen sofa bed with large Sony TV, Wifi and Dining area to seat 4. Bedroom has new queen bed with room darkening shades, peeks of the beach and a desk area for working. Great for 2 or 4 people bath has been updated and sits off of the livingroom. Airy, clean and updated home includes new furniture and views of the beach. It sits on the 2nd floor and has new, Kitchen and Bath, with new tiled floors and new carpet in living and bedroom, inviting paint and trim with coastal-chic style charm. The front shared covered Patio porch is equipped with an additional BBQ, fan, sitting area and beach toys and chairs. House has Wifi and basic cable included.
