The SeaShell house had an extensive bath remodel and now has a large step in shower new travertine flooring with glass tile and semi-rain shower. This house presents you with a premium choice in accommodations on St. Pete Beach’s historic Pass-a-Grille. The layout of the house works great for couples wanting a peaceful time or parents who vacation with their children and want a one bed house with pull-out couch. The bath is down the hallway and there are also 2 closets, the kitchen is located away from the bedrooms and the rear door from the kitchen opens to the back patio and is shared with the dining area. The house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to each guest arrival. Sanitzer and contact-less self check in provided.
This house is located in a residential area, the SeaShell House offers a more secluded vacation spot away from the energy of downtown Pass-a-Grille for those who enjoy relaxing sunsets, early morning walks and a quaint, small beach town atmosphere perfect for disconnecting.
There is one -off street parking spot that accompanies the house stay. The house itself is updated with a clean kitchen and bath, walking through the house you will be greeted with the original 1920'S hardwood flooring down hallway, bedroom and living room. The home abounds with calm and inviting paint and trim with modern furnishings & Craftsman style charm!
Palm trees and your own garden patio are yours on this property, a private charcoal-grill and a shared outside shower are available for your use! There is a ton of peace of mind in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore! Completely bright, airy, clean and updated original beach home that includes new furniture and two great outdoor patios!
Patio porch is equipped with a bbq & sitting area and you have use of two bicycles to call your own while on vacation!
Awesome restaurants are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners deli (voted best on the beaches for years!) gourmet deli with freshly caught fish, marinated meets, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for bbq items or a quick snack.
