Pass-a-Grille Has Its Own Dog Beach — Right Down the Street
 

One of the best-kept secrets in the St. Pete area: Pass-a-Grille has a dedicated dog beach on the Bay side at the southern end of Pass-a-Grille Way. It's one of the only spots in the area where your dog can actually splash in the water and dig in the sand off-leash. Pair that with the dog park on 16th Avenue and miles of quiet, walkable streets, and your pup is going to have just as good a vacation as you do.

Fort De Soto Park in nearby Tierra Verde also has one of the top-rated dog beaches in the entire country — just a short drive from our properties — with a separate fenced area for small dogs, fresh water stations, and direct beach access. It's a must-do for any dog owner visiting the St. Pete area.

SeaBreeze House — Laid-back and breezy, with easy access to PAG's quiet, dog-friendly streets and nearby green space.

SeaSpray House — One of our most popular rentals, SeaSpray has the room and the outdoor access to make a dog stay easy and comfortable.

Pet Policy

Our Pet Policy — Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

We love dogs, and we want your stay to go smoothly from start to finish. Here's what we ask of pet owners so we can keep our homes clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest who comes after you.

​

All pets must be pre-approved before booking — just send us a photo of your dog and we'll confirm availability at one of our pet-friendly homes. Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and other animals. We ask that all guests carry proof of homeowner's liability insurance (just the cover sheet of your policy is fine).

Within 30 days of your arrival, we require a brief health note from your licensed veterinarian confirming that your dog is current on a prescribed flea treatment and heartworm prevention program. Florida's bugs are no joke, and over-the-counter treatments often aren't strong enough for our climate — your vet will know exactly what to recommend.

A flat $45 pet cleaning fee applies to all pet stays. Our cleaning team spends an extra hour after every dog visit washing comforters, rolling upholstery, and making sure the home is fully fresh and dander-free for the next family. We ask that pets stay off the furniture and remain leashed whenever they're outside on the property.

• Some houses  do not allow pets (please inquire)

• Must be approved in advance of booking- picture of pet must be sent to owner. 

• Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. 

• I need a direct note or receipt from your Veterinarian that they are on a Prescribed flea treatment & heartworm program.  (not purchased at Petco or non-vet stores- its just not strong enough for the FL bugs)

• You are responsible for picking up after your animal and keeping them leashed while outside at all times. 

• There is a cleaning fee of $45 required for pet owners- my cleaners spend an extra hour at each house after a pet stay making sure to remove any pet dander and washing all comforters and even rolling couches.

• Pets should not sit on any furniture at the houses
