Dog-Friendly Vacation Rentals in St. Pete Beach
Stay with your dog in Pass-a-Grille, at the southern end of St. Pete Beach. Paradise, SeaShell, SeaBreeze and SeaSpray welcome dogs with approval before booking. Choose a one-bedroom or two-bedroom rental and review the pet requirements below before reserving.
The Pearl does not allow pets. For the other four rentals, dogs must be listed on your reservation and approved before booking. Required veterinary documents and cleaning fees are explained below.
The Dog Beach
Pass-a-Grille Has Its Own Dog Beach — Right Down the Street
The designated dog-friendly beach is on the Bay side of Pass-a-Grille Way between 1st and 3rd Avenues. Dogs are prohibited on other city sand beaches and beach accesses. City rules require a leash no longer than eight feet and owners must clean up after their dogs. Follow posted rules when you visit.
Fort De Soto Park in nearby Tierra Verde also has one of the top-rated dog beaches in the entire country — just a short drive from our properties — with a separate fenced area for small dogs, fresh water stations, and direct beach access. It's a must-do for any dog owner visiting the St. Pete area.

We currently welcome dogs at four of our Pass-a-Grille vacation rental homes:
Paradise by the Sea — A spacious, bright retreat perfect for families traveling with a dog. Steps from the Gulf and close to the Bay-side dog beach.
SeaShell House — A cozy, well-appointed beach cottage with outdoor space your pup will love. Ideal for couples or small families with one dog.
SeaBreeze House — Laid-back and breezy, with easy access to PAG's quiet, dog-friendly streets and nearby green space.
SeaSpray House — One of our most popular rentals, SeaSpray has the room and the outdoor access to make a dog stay easy and comfortable.

Pet Policy
Our Pet Policy — Everything You Need to Know Before You Book
We love dogs, and we want your stay to go smoothly from start to finish. Here's what we ask of pet owners so we can keep our homes clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest who comes after you.
Pets must be requested and approved before booking and listed on your reservation. The required documents are similar to those requested by pet boarding facilities, so veterinarians are generally familiar with providing them.
Confirm in writing that your pet is non-aggressive toward animals, adults, and children.
Provide documentation from your veterinarian confirming that your pet’s prescribed flea treatment and heartworm prevention cover every date of your stay. A veterinarian’s treatment record or receipt showing a six-month supply is acceptable if your stay falls within that coverage period and the medication is given as prescribed.
Submit the documentation before arrival. You may email a photo or forward the document to lisa@pagbeachhouse.com.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $55 applies for one-bedroom properties. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet at all times. Keep pets off the furniture and leashed while outside on the property.
