Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, then hop on the included bikes and explore the island like a local. You’re just a minute’s walk to the beach—only a few homes from the boardwalk crossover—on one of Florida’s most peaceful stretches of coastline.

This peaceful retreat blends comfort with laid-back coastal charm. After a day in the sun, rinse off and unwind in a clean, updated space with central A/C and a brand-new ultra-comfy king bed. Street parking is included (vehicle + plate required prior to arrival).

🍳 Kitchen: Compact but equipped (stovetop + air fryer/toaster oven, no full oven)

Please note before booking:
• This is a garage studio (not a full house) with a compact layout
• The sleeping area is naturally dark (no direct windows)—great for restful sleep
• There is a 6-ft headbeam separating spaces, which may be tight for taller guests
• There is an apartment above, so occasional normal living sounds may be heard
• Quiet hours after 10PM—this is a peaceful residential beach neighborhood

 

House Rules:
• No smoking (including vape) in or near the property
• No parties, events, or gatherings
• No pets
