Reservations & Payment
Reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment at booking.
Reservations made on this site require a deposit of half the rental amount to confirm, with the remaining balance, taxes, fees, and damage deposit hold due two days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check.
Rates & Taxes
Rates are dynamic and updated daily based on local occupancy. They are subject to change on unbooked dates. For the best weekly pricing, email Lisa directly.
Rate caps:

1-bedroom: no more than $600/night or $1,900/week

2-bedroom: no more than $900/night or $3,000/week
Total tax in Pinellas County is 13% (6% county + 7% state). Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes. There is a 5% processing fee for any canceled reservation as they are charged by the credit card company
A non-refundable housekeeping fee applies to all reservations and varies by property size.

Cancellation Policy
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel protection insurance, such as CSA Travel Protection or a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policy. Insurance must be purchased within a specified timeframe at or around booking.
Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not issue refunds for:

Bad weather, tropical depressions, tropical storms, or hurricanes — even in the event of mandatory evacuations

Man-made disasters or technological failures

Missed or delayed flights

Personal emergencies
Refunds for hurricane or tropical storm evacuations are only available through CSA Travel Protection Insurance. To purchase or file a claim, visit csatravelprotection.com or call (800) 554-9839.
If Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals cancels your reservation before noon on your scheduled arrival day, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid.
Pet Policy
Pets must be approved by the owner in advance. To bring a pet, you must:

Confirm your pet is non-aggressive toward animals, adults, and children

Provide a health certificate from your vet dated within 30 days of travel, confirming your pet is on a flea treatment and heartworm program

Submit this certificate at least 3 weeks prior to arrival (photo by email is fine)
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $55 applies for one-bedroom properties. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet at all times.
Check-In Time
Check-in: 3:00 pm local time. Early arrivals are not guaranteed. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-out: 10:00 am local time. Guests departing after 10:00 am may be charged an additional fee.
Before you leave please:

Remove all trash from the property

Wash and put away all dishes

Strip bed linens and towels and leave in a pile

Leave the property in neat condition
Properties left excessively dirty will incur additional cleaning charges.
House Rules
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all properties. Violations will result in an additional fee.
Minimum stay: A 3-night minimum applies to all properties. Shorter stays may be permitted at Lisa's discretion.
Age requirement: All properties are for families and adults only. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who stays on the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Violations will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
No subletting: Reservations are not transferable to other guests.
Special events: Weddings and special events are not permitted.
Long-term rentals: Stays over 30 days are not available. Mailbox access is not guaranteed.
Property & Maintenance
If you notice any damage upon arrival, please report it immediately. An active credit card is required to maintain your reservation. By booking, you authorize charges for any damage, theft, policy violations, or excessive cleaning required.
Maintenance issues will be addressed in the order received. Staff and authorized vendors may enter the property to handle maintenance or housekeeping during your stay. No refunds are issued for unforeseen failures of electricity, water, internet, cable, appliances, or air conditioning.
