Pay 50% at booking and the remaining rental balance 30 days before arrival. A separate damage-deposit hold is placed two days before arrival. Bookings within 30 days require full rental payment.

Pass-a-Grille Rental FAQs
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3 p.m. for The Pearl, SeaBreeze, SeaSpray and SeaShell, and 4 p.m. for Paradise by the Sea. Check-out is 10 a.m. for all five rentals. All times are local. Early arrival requires confirmation from Lisa.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs may stay at SeaBreeze, SeaSpray, SeaShell and Paradise by the Sea with approval before booking. Pet fees, limits and veterinary documentation requirements apply. The Pearl does not allow pets. Review the pet policy and include approved pets on your reservation.
Is parking included?
SeaBreeze, SeaShell and Paradise by the Sea include one dedicated parking space. SeaShell’s space fits one average-sized vehicle. SeaSpray and The Pearl include an island-wide street-parking pass; vehicle registration is required. Street parking is subject to availability.
How close are the rentals to the beach and restaurants?
All five rentals are a short walk from Pass-a-Grille Beach. These are beach-area rentals, not beachfront homes. Local restaurants, shops and the historic 8th Avenue area are within walking distance. See each rental’s page for its location and access details.
What is included with my stay?
Wi-Fi, beach towels and a starter supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, trash liners, toilet paper and paper towels are included. Guests restock supplies as needed. Kitchens, bikes, beach equipment and outdoor spaces vary by rental; check the individual listing before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Read the full Rental Policies & Conditions and the terms shown with your reservation before paying. The published policy excludes refunds for weather, hurricanes, mandatory evacuations, flight disruptions and personal emergencies. A 5% processing fee applies to canceled reservations. Travel insurance is encouraged; coverage depends on the insurer and policy.
